Running an HEG Session

It is now  time to start HEG training. Your assignment is to run your first HEG session.

The instructions are simple: Don’t think, don’t try, don’t judge how well you are doing. Let your mind be still. To climb, get into that state, then focus your eyes on a single point–ideally on the avatar on your screen. Pay attention to it. When it goes in the right direction, keep doing what your are doing. When it starts going in the opposite direction, bring yourself back into the still state and focus. Recognize that it is graphing your attention (climbing) or awareness (diving), so you will likely climb a bit then fall in the beginning as you build stamina. For diving, defocus your eyes (or close them). Don’t look at anything but see everything in open focus.

After you have trained each site, record your scores and email your scores to your mentor. Include the following scores for each of the three training sites:

Left side

  1. AI Points/Minute
  2. High-Low Range / Max / Min

Right side

  1. AI Points/Minute
  2. High-Low Range / Max / Min

Center

  1. AI Points/Minute
  2. High-Low Range / Max / Min

NEXT: Email your mentor with several dates and times you are available to meet  to review HEG training, or if you did not purchase consultation, continue training HEG twice a week while you continue to learn about your system.
